So one of my friends from Kent State University is fond of Russian Food, Language and Culture, and he was in Munich for a week, over his summer break and we happened to roam around Munich on a beautiful summer evening and we stumbled upon a Georgian Restaurant in Munich, since he knew what what the food, he was up for some new experience and so we just went in to try some Shashlik.
Now Shashlik is kind of a bold word to say and hear, but Georgian Food is something so simple and unique but has flavors that will burst into each spoonful of Georgian Cuisine.
So this Burst of Tastes dates back from 19th Century in the Russian Empire. Skewered Meat over some Wood or charcoal fire has different types all over central Asia.
The Flavors of Georgian Food is so unique and so different and so simple. There are flavors of Dill, Georgian Shashlik Spices, Bell Peppers and hints of different wood furnace flavors.
If you are in Munich, do check out Georgian Food at Ivera Munich. I have also posted the link below if you want to check out their menu. Since Georgian Food is a Fine Food Cuisine in Munich, make sure when you are in Munich and if you want to try it, just reserve a table. And trust me you wont regret it.
Apart from Shashlik, you can also try Fish and Vegetarian Types, they are equally amazing.
