The entire Chai Culture is something of a sub culture inside some Of the Indian Cities. Chai is an Authentic Indian Milk Tea with a blend of spices, and it is brewed and boiled couple of times that the aroma of the spices just infuse in the milk tea.

A lot of people follow the Chai Culture and have encorporated this culture in their daily lives. A lot of folks just dont feel like they have started their day if they dont have the first small cup of tea or the peculiar glass of tea.

Chai is a very popular Hot Beverage in most of the cities in India. Although the spices and tea blends might be different but the basic Chai Culture remains the same all over India.

In most of the cities, Tea Shops are either like a small shop in an alleyway or a Tea Vendor with a cart standing on a corner of the street. But the common element in both of the vendor types is that the biggest crowd that is standing around remains the same…

Large groups of people usually hang out around a Tea Vendor having a cup of tea and chatting about the day. Some of the tea vendors set up their shops right next to big multinational company buildings, and you will see groups of people who are working professionals just hanging out in the Tea Break.

And there are some amazing Chai Shops in Pune, and they are pretty much in the center of the city.

My Friend, regularly follows this Chai Culture and he is pretty much a Chai Fanatic. So one time I was hanging out with him and we decided to go for a Cup of Chai, and he knew the place which served some best Chai. I will post the location below.

Oh Man ! The Spice blend of the Chai is just magnificent. The light aroma of Cardamon, with the spicy boost of cloves and lemongrass, and the gentle blends of nutmeg just will blow your mind. And the Tea is constantly boiling, so the spices get more and more infused in the Tea.

The constant boiling also makes the milk a bit thicker, so the tea is much more dense and red.
